This single bevel, high end, professional knife is great for slicing through the fish bones with ease, the extraordinarily thick blade (up to 6mm) will see this formidable blade last many years. Specifically designed to cut through fish, this knife is great for steaks and other tough jobs. The blade of this knife has been hand forged from High Grade Chromium Molybdenum Alloy Stainless Steel, so, unlike the traditional high carbon steel knifes of this type, this blade will not rust and give many years of service.
