This is the high quality Takagi 58mm "Gisuke" Japanese Wood Hand Plane. This is an amazing choice for wood smoothing and trimming, and it cuts on the pull stroke.

It is made from SK-85 carbon steel blade that ensures a sturdy and sharp cutting edge, and includes a chip breaker which keeps the blade in place through compression. The blade is adjusted using a wooden mallet. The wooden body of the plane is made of Japanese White Oak.

Our Return Policy:

Most items can be refunded provided you send your order back to us within 30 days of purchase and if the items returned to us are in an unopened, unused and original condition. Simply email us to confirm your item can be returned. If we approve your return, please return the item(s), with your invoice to our address in Japan, and write on your invoice that you'd like a refund, and the reason why. Once we recieve your approved return in an unused, unopened and original condition we will refund you the cost of the item as soon as possible.

We stand behind every product we sell, therefore, should you feel an item has been misrepresented, or is not in the condition as promised, please let us know and we will promptly replace the product, or return it to us for a full refund.

Please note, for all returns, the cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
