To use, adjust the blade protrusion by loosening the screw and positioning the blade as required, before retightening the screw. Once the blade is in place, align the K-301 kanna against the material edge and apply steady forward pressure while maintaining the correct angle, pulling the plane towards you. Keep the work surface supported to ensure stability and smooth results. Regular sharpening of the blade will preserve performance across repeated tasks.

Wipe dry and lightly oil the blade after each session to prevent corrosion. Store in a dry location with the blade not touching any hard surface. This plane is not designed for cutting hardwood or rigid plastics. Always keep away from children and avoid impacts that could damage the wooden body.

Our Return Policy:

Most items can be refunded provided you send your order back to us within 30 days of purchase and if the items returned to us are in an unopened, unused and original condition. Simply email us to confirm your item can be returned. If we approve your return, please return the item(s), with your invoice to our address in Japan, and write on your invoice that you'd like a refund, and the reason why. Once we recieve your approved return in an unused, unopened and original condition we will refund you the cost of the item as soon as possible.

We stand behind every product we sell, therefore, should you feel an item has been misrepresented, or is not in the condition as promised, please let us know and we will promptly replace the product, or return it to us for a full refund.
