This 400g bag of brown saddle leather scrap features premium full-grain vegetable-tanned cowhide from Craft Sha. Skived to 2.5mm thickness, the leather is firm and dense—ideal for tooling, carving, and structural leathercraft. Every piece originates from professionally tanned and cut sheets produced in Japan to exceptional standards of consistency.

With their refined grain, clean flesh sides, and reliable thickness, these offcuts are perfectly suited to patchwork, small accessories, testing, or detailed craft projects. The leather accepts burnishing on both the edge and flesh sides and performs well with manual or mechanical tools.
