This Michihamono Round Radius Skew Chisel is a meticulously crafted tool designed for intricate detail woodcarving work. This exceptional chisel features a very fine 3mm, round-radius blade forged from Aogami No. 2 steel, renowned for its exceptional sharpness, edge retention, and ease of sharpening. The smooth 180mm Hinoki handle provides a comfortable and secure grip.

The rounded radius blade excels at carving smooth, detailed corners and reaching into tight spaces where standard chisels struggle, while slicing more easily than flat skew chisels can, allowing for meticulous control and carving of fine details, such as lettering, facial features of figurines, and other intricate designs.
