Hold the scraper upright for toe or mouth adjustment and horizontally to trim the heel. Scrape gently to remove only raised areas, frequently checking with a straightedge. Use light, even strokes and alternate positions to achieve uniform contact along the base. Avoid over-scraping.

Our Return Policy:

Most items can be refunded provided you send your order back to us within 30 days of purchase and if the items returned to us are in an unopened, unused and original condition. If we approve your return, please return the item(s), with your invoice to our address in Japan, and write on your invoice that you'd like a refund, and the reason why. Once we recieve your approved return in an unused, unopened and original condition we will refund you the cost of the item as soon as possible.
