A high-quality silver clay from Japan, PMC3, was developed and manufactured by Mitsubishi Materials. Composed of small particles of silver, with an organic binder that burns away when sintered, turning this product into a solid metal that is 99.9% silver. When in its clay form, it can be rolled, cut, and shaped in the form of jewelry such as rings, beads, earrings, and more. This product is soft and maleable, making it easy to work with. PMC3 shrinks by approximately 10-15% after sintering and will work even on low firing temperatures (as low as 600°C (1112°F) for 30 mins).

Use PMC3 for making jewelry components, accessories, and any creative designs you can think of. It can be shaped using conventional tools such as cookie cutters, rubber stamps, and household items including playing cards, pens, and combs so you can enjoy making beautiful crafts even at home. Add a small amount of water to unused clay and rewrap it back in the plastic film so it does not dry out and can be used for your next project.
